What's great about this video is that it makes these extremely dense concepts much easier to understand: That both your speed, and gravity, affect how you experience time. Speeding up one's travel from point A to point B causes time to slow down for the individual who is moving; meanwhile, stronger gravity causes slows down time relative to weaker gravity.
The speaker in the video explains, very simply, two experiments that prove beyond any doubt that these ideas are true. One of them involves the functioning of GPS systems - did you know that your GPS system would not work without taking into account the effects of gravity on time?
